Contributions to the US program can currently be directed to the UMD University for Seniors Development Fund. The fund was established in 1991 to support the US organization for the primary purpose of providing scholarships, special projects and general operation. Members and friends regularly contribute memorials, celebrations or general contributions to the program.
Robert N. Brownlee, an active US member and supporter endowed University for Seniors in 1998 with a generous bequest which was used to establish a foundation fund. It provides monies for grants that will enhance the intellectual and cultural lives of the members of US.
