Staff and volunteers are to make sure we are meeting the needs of alumni by addressing core principles...

Dear Alumni,

Create, Connect, Provide.

These are the guiding principles of Alumni Relations at UMD. With each program launched and event hosted, the goal of our team of staff and volunteers is to make sure we are meeting the needs of alumni by addressing these principles. Some of the exciting ways we will create, connect, and provide for alumni this fall include:

Alumni Adventure Series: Back by popular demand! Our summer partnership with Recreational Sports Outdoor Program (RSOP) has been extended into the fall with dates and activities soon to be announced. Learn a new skill, make new friends, and experience an afternoon in the outdoors.

Bulldogs on the Block: On October 11, alumni in cities across the country will gather together for the inaugural Bulldogs on the Block. Similar to National Night Out, Bulldogs on the Block is an opportunity to meet other Bulldogs in your area in an informal setting of your choosing. Don’t see your city on the list?  Contact us, and we will help you start a gathering – it’s easy and fun!

Coffee and Connections: During the 2017-18 school year, alumni will receive invitations to attend exclusive talks by UMD faculty, staff, and visiting guests.  Attend a lecture and stick around for networking. UMD has some of the top talent around, and we want you to have access.

As you learn more about how UMD will create, connect, and provide in 2017-18, I hope you will reach out to let me know what you want from your alma mater.

Go Bulldogs!
