Access For All is grateful for the financial support for this event provided by the Commission on Disabilities. Beyond financial support, we could really use your help in spreading the word about this event. Can you please send this out widely within the Commission on Disabilities network and to any other colleagues, students and friends that might be interested? Waking Mind and Body
Matthew Sanford turns his remarkable story of trauma and loss, of paralysis and yoga, into powerful life lessons about how to fully utilize the mind-body relationship. This interactive presentation explores the true nature of strength, resilience, and deepening one's sense of purpose. Participants gain insight into how to stay focused, grounded, and healthy within the demands of rigorous learning environment as well as gain tips on managing stress.

Your Story as Activism
Matthew's experience writing his own memoir and story allows him to bring great insight we can apply our own writing as well as finding our own story.
